CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy Limited (“the Company”)
This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of services by Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy Limited, registered in England and Wales, with Company No. 16569743 (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”), and the client (“Student” or “the Client”) engaging the Company’s educational consultancy services. By using our services or making a payment through our website, you agree to the following service agreement.
1. Scope of Services
This Agreement covers the initial consultation service only.
The initial consultation includes:
• A profiling session and review of the student’s academic background, interests, and aspirations.
• Preliminary advice on potential study routes or options based on the information provided.
• A discussion outlining the next steps should the Client wish to proceed with further consultancy services.
You understand that this Agreement relates solely to the initial consultation. Any subsequent services or advisory work beyond this stage will be subject to a separate written agreement.
2. Fees and Payments
Payment for the initial consultation is made securely via our website using a third-party payment provider.
All prices are displayed on our website at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full payment must be received before the consultation is confirmed. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent by email once payment has been successfully processed.
For any further services that may arise following the initial consultation, a separate agreement will be issued for signature prior to commencement of those services.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for the initial consultation once it has been booked and confirmed, except where required by UK consumer law (for example, where the consultation is cancelled by us).
We strongly advise clients to follow our guidance throughout the application process and provide required documents promptly. We recommend starting the process at least 3–4 months before the course start date to maximise chances of success.
4. Student/Client Responsibilities
You agree to providing honest, accurate, and complete information during the consultation.
5. Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy Responsibilities
• Offer guidance in line with British Council ethical standards.
• Handle all data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR.
• Provide honest and transparent advice to students.
6. Visa and Immigration Disclaimer
Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy does not offer immigration advice.
7. University Admission Disclaimer
We do not guarantee admission to any institution. Final admission decisions are at the discretion of each university.
8. Force Majeure
Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy Limited shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes may include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, governmental actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, or any other events outside the reasonable control of the parties. In such cases, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
9. Confidentiality & Data Use
We will handle your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice. Your data will only be shared with third parties (e.g. institutions, immigration advisers, or payment providers) with your consent and for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
10. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers (such as online payment and scheduling systems) to facilitate our services.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
